All orders are processed and dispatched from Sydney, Australia and it depends on the country the order is going to as to how long it takes to receive your purchase. We ship your order within 24 hours on business days and depending on which shipment method you have chosen, orders can take from 1- 10days to arrive. If you simply have to have your teamm8’s sooner rather than later (and we would understand why!) we recommend you opt for the express service.

teamm8 offices are open 9am - 5pm Mon - Fri and are closed all Australian Public Hoildays.
If for any reason you need to exchange an item purchased, let us know as soon as you receive your item either by email or phone. You may also post the item back to us with the invoice number and specifications as to what you require. All exchanges must be made within 28 days of receipt of purchase and will only be done as long as the item is in it’s original condition.
If the reason for exchange is due to a fault that lies with teamm8, no additional shipping will be charged. However if the reason for exchange is due to a change in mind or preference on your part, the additional shipping fee will be charged.
If the item you are exchanging is less in value than the item you now require, you will be charged for the extra cost. If the item you are exchanging is higher in value, you will be refunded the difference.
If we don’t receive the item you were meant to send back within 28 days then you will be charged for the additional item that we have sent out to you.

If you are unhappy with your order, teamm8 will gladly refund the cost of the purchase. Goods must be in their original condition and must be received by teamm8 within 28 days from receipt of your purchase.
Please note that shipping charges are not refundable.
CARE OF PRODUCTS
Unless otherwise specified, all teamm8 products are machine washable and may be tumble dried at a warm setting. Do not dry clean teamm8 products.
DUTIES AND TAXES
When purchasing from outside Australia, the majority of shipments are free of customs taxes and duties. However the customs agency of the country where you are receiving the product may select your order for assessment and it may decide to charge duties or taxes. Any import taxes and charges are NOT included in your purchase price.
At teamm8 we are committed to providing you with safest online environment in which to enjoy our product with complete peace of mind. We use the latest in security encryption keys from Thawte Security. To further protect you, your personal details are not stored on our servers, but stored seperately using PGP encryption keys.
Your personal details will never be shared with any other party unless it is believed the customer is using the credit card fraudulently. The necessary authorities will be supplied with the details as well as the customers IP address, signature ID and server account used to place the orders.
We accept most major credit cards which include Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You may also choose to pay via Funds Transfers where we will provide you with our bank details. We also accept Bank Cheques made payable to teamm8 in Australian Dollars against an Australian Bank. We will advise you of the amount in Australian Dollars. Please note we do not accept personal cheques. If you are ordering within Australia, we accept AusPost money orders or international money orders. Please note to use any payment that is not by credit card, you will need to send us your order via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will calculate the price for you and give you th appropriate deyails via return email. Whichever payment method you choose, your order will be shipped once payment has been cleared.
