SHIPPING INFORMATION
All Australian and international deliveries are dispatched from Sydney, Australia within 48 hours from the time the order is placed, taking into consideration weekends and public holidays. For example, if an order is placed on a Friday afternoon, it will most likely be dispatched on the following Monday.
AUSTRALIAN ORDERS
Australian Postage Costs
TEAMM8 is happy to offer FREE standard delivery to all Australian national orders on or over $100 AUD. Under $100 AUD the shipping charge is $8 AUD. All domestic Express Post orders are subject to a $12 AUD charge. Check the Aus Post website to ensure that your shipping address details fall under the Express Post network which covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office boxes.
Australian Postage Times
Standard delivery takes 3-6 business days. Express delivery is next day delivery in metro areas and 2-3 business days for all other areas.
Online Tracking
Online tracking is available for all Australian orders. Please check your email for the online tracking number after your order is placed.
US ORDERS
US Postage Costs
TEAMM8 is happy to offer FREE standard delivery to all US orders on or over $100 USD. All US orders under $100 USD will be subject to a $10 USD delivery fee. All Express international deliveries are a flat rate fee of $25 USD.

Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Express is 3-5 business days.

A signature on delivery is required for all Express international orders.
Duties & Taxes
Under the rare occasion international orders can be subject to additional charges known as taxes and duties that are out of TEAMM8’s control, but rather associated with protectionism and the economic policy of trade between countries. This is determined by the customs agency from the destined country. Taxes and duties may be imposed if the total value of the imported goods exceeds the tax-free threshold (if applicable). The payment of taxes and duties are the responsibility of the receiver. We advise you to contact your local customs office for more information.
