All Australian and international deliveries are dispatched via Australia Post from Sydney, Australia within 24 hours from the time the order is placed, taking into consideration weekends and public holidays. For example, if an order is placed on a Friday afternoon, it will most likely be dispatched on the following Monday.
teamm8 is happy to offer FREE delivery to all standard Australian national orders over $49. Under $49 the shipping charge is $8. Delivery time depends on the shipping location. New South Wales orders can take between 1-2 business days, whereas orders to other states can take between 2-4 business days. If you wish to receive your order sooner, we suggest the Express Post delivery option. All domestic Express Post orders are subject to a standard $10AUD charge and guarantee next business day delivery to most locations across Australia. Delivery time and options
It usually takes between 7-10 business days (2 weeks) for an international parcel to be shipped from the dispatched date. We work efficiently to get your order to you on time, however there may be delays (of up to two months) in the delivery process that are out of teamm8’s control. Delays can depend on a country’s customs regulation regarding international deliveries and/or severe weather conditions. Delays in the delivery process are common to countries like Brazil, Russia and South Africa.
Pack and Track
The majority of Australia Post’s international deliveries fall under the Pack and Track category. Pack and Track is teamm8’s preferred delivery option, as it is the most reliable online tracking service for standard deliveries (to countries where tracking is available). If your country does not fall under the Pack and Track category, our next option is Registered Post. Please note that most orders placed under Registered Post require a signature upon delivery. Unfortunately, online tracking is not available for most Registered Post orders.
Airmail Airmail is an economic delivery option and is subject to a handful of countries that don’t fall under the above two delivery options. Unfortunately, Airmail deliveries don’t offer online tracking.
Express Post international delivery is our preferred online delivery option for international orders. It can take between 3-7 business days for a package to be delivered to a majority of locations around the world. To ensure the package is delivered to the right recipient, a signature is required upon delivery to most destinations. Online tracking is available to most countries.
DUTIES & TAXES
Under the rare occasion international orders can be subject to additional charges known as taxes and duties that are out of teamm8’s control, but rather associated with protectionism and the economic policy of trade between countries. This is determined by the customs agency from the destined country. Taxes and duties may be imposed if the total value of the imported goods exceeds the tax-free threshold (if applicable). The payment of taxes and duties are the responsibility of the receiver. We advise you to contact your local customs office for more information. Taxes and duties are a common additional fee to orders placed in the United Kingdom.
If for any reason you need to exchange an item purchased, let us know as soon as you receive your item either by email or phone. You may also post the item back to us with the invoice number and specifications as to what you require. All exchanges must be made within 28 days of receipt of purchase and will only be done as long as the item is in it’s original condition.
If the reason for exchange is due to a fault that lies with teamm8, no additional shipping will be charged. However if the reason for exchange is due to a change in mind or preference on your part, the additional shipping fee will be charged.
If the item you are exchanging is less in value than the item you now require, you will be charged for the extra cost. If the item you are exchanging is higher in value, you will be refunded the difference.
If we don’t receive the item you were meant to send back within 28 days then you will be charged for the additional item that we have sent out to you.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES (full priced items)
If you are unhappy with you order, teamm8 will gladly exchange or refund the cost of the purchase. The item(s) must be in original condition* and returned within 30 days from the date of receipt to the following address:

The cost and reach of the shipping of the item(s) returned is your responsibility. Once the package has reached teamm8 HQ, we will gladly send the initial exchanged item(s) at no extra charge. With any subsequent exchanges, the return postage will incur the applicable shipping charges (please see Shipping Information above for more details).

CARE OF PRODUCTS
Unless otherwise specified, all teamm8 products are cold machine washable and may be tumble dried at a warm setting. Do not dry clean teamm8 products.
At teamm8 we are committed to providing you with safest online environment in which to enjoy our product with complete peace of mind. We use the latest in security encryption keys from Thawte Security. To further protect you, your personal details are not stored on our servers, but stored seperately using PGP encryption keys.
Your personal details will never be shared with any other party unless it is believed the customer is using the credit card fraudulently. The necessary authorities will be supplied with the details as well as the customers IP address, signature ID and server account used to place the orders.
We accept most major credit cards which include Visa, Mastercard and American Express. You may also choose to pay via Funds Transfers where we will provide you with our bank details. We also accept Bank Cheques made payable to teamm8 in Australian Dollars against an Australian Bank. We will advise you of the amount in Australian Dollars. Please note we do not accept personal cheques. If you are ordering within Australia, we accept AusPost money orders or international money orders. Please note to use any payment that is not by credit card, you will need to send us your order via email to email@example.com. We will calculate the price for you and give you th appropriate deyails via return email.
