What are the advantages of becoming a TEAMM8 Club member?
The TEAMM8 Club is a tiered rewards program—so the more you shop and engage, the more perks you unlock. You’ll earn points on every purchase, then redeem them for discounts, free products, and more.
I already have an account. Do I need to create a new one to earn rewards?
Nope—we’ve already got you covered. If you had an active TEAMM8 account, you were automatically enrolled. If you’ve had multiple accounts, please note rewards were set up as one rewards account per person.
Where can I find all of my rewards account info?
The TEAMM8 Club page is your hub for everything—points balance, tiers, perks, and reward options. Just visit the TEAMM8 Club page while logged in to see it all.
How do I redeem my points?
Easy. Head to the TEAMM8 Club page, browse the reward options, then hit Redeem on the one you want. Your reward will be applied as a code or added to your account (depending on the reward).
Are there any conditions to use discount codes redeemed through the TEAMM8 Club?
Yes—each discount code has a minimum spend:
  • $15 OFF coupon — min spend $99
  • $30 OFF — min spend $149
  • $50 OFF — min spend $249
  • $100 OFF — min spend $299
Are there any conditions to redeem free products?
Yes—free product rewards require at least one other item in your cart to check out.
Is there a limit to how many points I can earn?
No limits here. You can keep earning points by shopping, engaging with TEAMM8 online, and jumping into seasonal promos.
How do I know which Rewards tier I’m currently in?
When you’re signed in, your TEAMM8 Club home page shows all tiers. Your current tier (and perks) will be highlighted.
How will I know when I’ve reached a new tier?
Once your points cross a tier threshold, we’ll email you a welcome message. If you’ve moved into Player, All Star, or Icon, that email will also include a one-time coupon code. Please note: coupons can’t be used in addition to redeeming points.
Do tiers expire?
Yes. Once you’re in Player, All Star, or Icon, you’ll stay there for one year from the date you earned it. Keep earning and engaging to maintain your status—or level up again.
How can I get a birthday reward?
Add your birthday under Ways to earn points on the TEAMM8 Club page. On your birthday, we’ll drop bonus points into your account—amount varies by tier.
