How to measure
1
Waist (lower)
Find where your waistband naturally sits. Wrap the tape snugly, firm but not tight.
2
Hips
Measure around the widest part of your hips (the fullest part of your bum). Keep the tape straight and level.
Tape should be snug without squeezing.
