How to measure

Chest
Around the fullest part of your chest, under the arms. Keep the tape level across your back.

Waist
Find your natural waist, the narrowest part of your torso. Keep the tape parallel to the floor.

Hips
Around the widest part of your hips (the fullest part of your bum). Keep the tape straight and level.
Measure over bare skin or close-fitting underwear.
