We ship internationally, excepting the following countries:

All orders are eligible for tracking. You will receive an email with the shipping information and a link to track your order. If you need further assistance tracking your order, please email us at info@teamm8.com

Products

Unless otherwise specified, all TEAMM8 products are cold machine washable and may not be tumble dried.

Do not dry clean TEAMM8 products.

Returns

To make a return:

Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition* and returned within 60 days from the date when the order was fulfilled.

The cost and reach of the shipping of the item(s) returned is your responsibility**. Once the package has reached teamm8 HQ, we will gladly send the initial exchanged item(s) at no extra charge. With any subsequent exchanges, the return postage will incur the applicable shipping charges (please see Shipping for more details).

*original condition – unworn, unwashed, and with tags intact.

*Please be aware that thongs are not eligible for returns/exchanges.

**Unless the item(s) are damaged or we've sent the incorrect item(s). If any of these two conditions happen, we will sort it out for you. Just leave an extra note in our returns portal.

We accept most major credit cards which include Visa, Mastercard and American Express through PayPal on checkout. We also offer AfterPay.

AfterPay is an online payment method that allows you to pay for your online purchases after receiving them in 4 installments – how awesome! See the AfterPay website for full information.

AfterPay is currently available for those in the US, Canada, the UK, New Zealand and Australia. To use AfterPay on TEAMM8 make your order like normal and then select AfterPay at checkout under Payment Options.
